Changing your mind
For UK online purchases, you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. You do not need to give us a reason for cancelling.
Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Do not return products directly to a Printful fulfilment centre unless Tallulahs has specifically instructed you to do so.
Condition of returned items
For change-of-mind returns, items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with any original tags and hygiene liners intact where supplied.
Please try swimwear on over underwear.
You are entitled to inspect an item as you reasonably would when deciding whether to purchase it in a shop. Where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value, where permitted by law.
Made-to-order products
Many Tallulahs products are printed or manufactured after your order is placed.
Being produced to order does not by itself remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Different rules may apply if Tallulahs later offers products genuinely personalised or manufactured to an individual customer's specifications.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we tell you otherwise.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described, Tallulahs will meet any return costs that we are legally required to pay.
Refunds
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods together with the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option where required by law.
If you chose a more expensive delivery service, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds will normally be made to your original payment method.
We may wait until we have received the goods back or received evidence that they have been returned before issuing the refund. UK rules generally require the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of their return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed, materially different from its description or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photographs where this will help us identify the problem.
Your rights relating to faulty goods are separate from your right to change your mind. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, qualifying faulty goods can carry a short-term right to reject within 30 days, with further repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund rights potentially applying after that period.
Exchanges
Because Tallulahs products are generally produced to order, we do not currently operate a conventional stock-for-stock exchange service.
If you would like another size or style, contact us and we will explain the available return and reorder options.
International customers
Customers outside the United Kingdom may have additional mandatory consumer rights under the laws applying in their country.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
CANCELLATION FORM
UK distance sellers are required to make a standard cancellation form available where cancellation rights apply.
Customers do not have to use this form and can simply email us instead.
